Apparently, Bonacci changed the client and only posted it on the main page.

The server is not down. Just go download the client and replace the current ElbeMS.exe with the new one.

The server is up, but every character that has gotten a job advance at least one time can't log in. If you make a new character and your account already HAD three characters, it might cause problems on your account. Once Bon gets back, the characters should be restored.
