cant long in please help

i went to henesys and to the hunting ground level 1 and suddenly i froze but everyone else i can still hear and move

just my char was frozen and then i quit and now i cant log in says im already in game or suspection or something

can i please get help

i cant remember my ign though although my username is ubercool
