Guess this is common -> Stuck at Login

Hey all,
I dc'ed earlier and now I have this problem logging back in, it says I'm already logged into the server.
I gather from earlier posts that this can be countered by a gm "unsticking" me.
So, my IGN is: Frosty.
If a gm could either help me out or point me in the right direction, that would be much appreciated
